About Us

The Full Story...

At the age of twelve, Mckenna felt like she was too young to be able to make a change. She had lived overseas for more than half of her life and was accustomed to taking action around her. While living in Turkey, her family frequently donated backpacks and school supplies to Syrian refugees nearby. At school, there were countless student-led projects leading fundraisers and events for hundreds of different causes.

Upon moving back to the US in 2020, everything was shut down due to Covid. She wasn't able to find many opportunities near her that hadn't been shut down because of the pandemic. Even as things began to open back up, she felt that her age always seemed to be the limiting factor. She really wanted to volunteer but wasn't able to at most placed because she was only 12. When she turned thirteen, she came up with a plan. If she couldn't volunteer at other organizations, she would create her own.

The goal of Rally2Repay is to give kids and teens a chance to make a difference in their community and find a purpose. We want to foster all forms of youth volunteering.

Rally2Repay is entirely run by kids for kids so that we can influence our own futures. All efforts aren't confined to locals; anyone, anywhere can make a change through Rally2Repay. As a growing nonprofit, we appreciate any help that we can get, whether resources, articles, or ideas.

Mainly, we want students to use their good ideas and skills towards the greater good. To repay their community and help others less fortunate than them. We encourage students to create programs and fundraisers and get involved in leadership positions of Rally2Repay.

All articles under our Article page are written by kids and targeted towards kids. Most of our fundraisers are virtual and we make sure each dollar gets to where it needs to go. We hope that kids and teens involved in any way with our nonprofit can learn about the leadership and influence that we all have on each other. Every idea matters. Every person counts.

On our website, you'll find all sorts of resources and volunteering opportunities for kids and teens, no matter of your age.

About Us

Here's what we can help you with:

1

Volunteering Opportunties

Our lowest level of support begins with our program to highlight local volunteering opportunities. We try to identify kid friendly volunteering for our community of youths.

2

Fundraising and Event Planning Resources

We are frequently coming up with ideas and creating resources to help you organize your very own event or fundraiser. We want to encourage kids and teens to learn through doing and fight for a cause they care about.

3

Starting Your Own Organization

We are starting to integrate some materials concerning more serious attempts at volunteering, such as starting your own organization. Stay tuned for more resources and information!
